I'm almost ready to leave Milan to attend Lift06 in Geneve where I'll have a very small talk on our research project Flash Voice.
I've spent part of the day planning my movements and to do stuff (I'm not used anymore to use currencies that are not Euro, and that's going to be a little pain in the ass since I'll arrive very late this night, hope to find any exchange office still open), the funniest part was when I had to reingeeneer an Italian 3 pins plug to make a swiss compatible one. After having tested that my international plug tool wasn't working for Swiss plug I managed to simply use a cutter to get rid of the middle pin. Fast and effective.
This is going to be a really interesting meeting with a lot of new people to talk to. There'll be wi-fi during the conference so I'm planning a kinda live notes here on the blog + a Mobupped photo report on Flickr.
